Areas of Practice

Forensic Auditing

There is an old saying that life is not fair. A forensic auditor in financial situations can try to balance the scales when there are malicious acts taken to deceive a party. Whether it is in a divorce situation, a partner disagreement or investor fraud we can help determine the methods of potential fraud and then look for the specific incidences of fraud, if they occured.

Litigation Support & Expert Witness

Having an experienced witness is imperative during all the stages of the investigation. An experienced expert witness will know what is going to be important for trial and how to properly document the facts uncovered in the case. It also allows them to prepare documents that are acceptable in court, understandable, and clear to its end users.

Business Valuation

Business valuation is not something that should be left to any accountant. There are certain certificates that are in place to ensure the indidual has enough knowledge and experience to perform the business valuation. The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) authorizes certain CPAs to use the ABV designation once they have demonstrated knowledge and experience in business valuation.

Rob holds the ABV designation and will perform any buisness valuations performed by our company.
